Hotel Condor - Taormina

Kjempekoselige og hjelpsome hotellpersonale, fint utsikt fra terrassen, koselige gater og restauranter, de hadde rimelig transport ordning til stranda som er en 10 min tur fra hotellet

Var kanskje litt dyrt i forhold til rom standard men alt annet gjorde at det var verdt det

Hotel Condor is located in Taormina up a few hills from the central area. Can be a little difficult to locate as streets are narrow and windy. Hotel Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Can speak good English. Room was comfortable and we did have a sea view. Parking was 10 euro per day but necessary - make sure it is booked in advance. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace overlooking the sea, Lots of flowers in pots makes this place welcoming and pleasing to the eye.

Owners/Management/Staff, were all very friendly and helpful.All bedroom facilities were great.A lot of investment has gone into this small Hotel, and it has a good/and well deserved reputation on various websites. Only comment I'd make as a suggestion, is to improve the communal sun terrace(the solarium), with shading(umbrellas or such like) and soft furnishings for the sunbeds. We had a very enjoyable week, would easily recommend it to others,so thank you to all the team there.

The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is very relaxed and pleasant on the terrace.

The hotel was worth the money payed. everything was good.

a bit noisy in the morning if you want to sleep late, sound isolation is not great

Location just outside the main centre was perfect , able to get away from the crowds. Views were fantastic. Hadn't realised just how precipitous te view was, didn't manage to venture onto our balcony!! Staff were extremely welcoming and exceedingly helpful.

Breakfast was essentially 'given' to us, felt a little penny pinching. Surprised to have plastic packets of jams etc when the area is renowned for its delicious jams.

Lovely hotel - well-located, 5 minutes walk to town centre. Spacious clean room, with a plentiful complimetary breakfast included in our rate. Breakfast is taken on a sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free wifi in the hotel is a great addition.

Shampoo/shower gel supplies were not automatically topped up - we had to ask for extra. Also my husband found the bedding made his dust allergy worse, although it did not affect me at all, even though I also have a dust allergy! Both of these are small issues and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good price for Taormina, rooms not special but definitely OK, convenient that hotel offers private parking (€10/day) as an alternative to the free public parking in Taormina (only a few spots connected with a shuttle bus)

Hotel Condor is a good choice to stay in Taormina. Staff is really friendly, my room and bathroom were nice and spacy. A small balcony had a view to the sea, lovely. And somehow the room was cool enough even without putting airconditioning on - dont know how they did it, outside there was over 30 degrees (Celsius) all the time. Perect! Also breakfest was good and served in the table, great!

Some kind of refrigerator would have bee nice, in this hot weather there were no way to keep your water bottles and snacks cool.

Very friendly staff. Parking closeby. View fabulous with rooftop terrace. Plentiful breakfast. Quiet street within walking distance to the city centre.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with all of our needs. We had a spectacular view of the ocean and hillside. Breakfast buffet was on a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.

The room was very sparse and plain. The bed was hard.

Very good value for money. As a 2-star (B&B) arrangement, small familiy run hotel this is one of the best I ever visited. English-spoken, friendly and helpful staff. We stayd in a superior room with balkony and a fantastic ocean-view and we enjoyd breakfast att the wonderfull roof-terrace. The hotel has a good quiet location just a short walk from the old, beatiful and romantic inner-city were people relaxed stroll along. You have 10-minutes walk to the cable-lift down to Baia di Mazzaro and Isola Bella for sunbading or for a dip i the ocean. Our 8 nights in the beginning of June could easly have been more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The mattress is somewhat hard - but this seems to be common i The Mediterranean area irrepective star-hotels.

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast with stunning views from the terrace. Clean room, good location and good value. This is a 2 star hotel but by far better than any 3 star hotel I stayed in Sicily
